So we want to thank you for making the process a stress-free environment for the customer. Everyone that came to the job site got there on schedule, and turned out a fine product-that includes the subcontractors from the foundation guys through the finish electrical, and the South Bay crew. Aside from the fact that things went smoothly, there are two factors that we thought separated South Bay Homes from other builders: (1) Having in-house earth moving equipment was a tremendous help in getting the cut out and final grading just right, and not having to do either task in a mad rush. We want to specifically thank Torry Jensen and that fine elder statesman Tom Jensen, for their work with a keen eye on grade and drainage. (2) The accounting system to explain the customer’s draws on the loan, and their relationship to the bid is straightforward and completely understandable at al points along the way. Our previous experience with another builder was mystifying in this regard. Finally, a gold star to our job manager for keeping track of the millions of details, checking on the job every day, presenting a cheery countenance to the customer, and quickly answering any questions we might have had along the way. When he wasn’t immediately available, Trevor Jensen was always there to take care of business in the same manner. We never felt isolated from the process at any time, which is something that prospective home builders ought not to ignore. Our advice for them?
